Project Description

The Patrick Lynch Library, located in Poteau, Oklahoma, was constructed to replace the City’s existing library. The new facility features amenities such as a public meeting room, food service galley, and a spacious lobby. The library also includes three study rooms, a computer laboratory, genealogy room, and a conference room.

The City of Poteau selected MAHG, Inc. of Fort Smith, Arkansas, as the Project Architect, and Hawkins-Weir served as a subconsultant responsible for site/civil improvements. These improvements include a 40-space asphalt parking lot, improved fire protection, water and sewer service improvements, and extensive site drainage improvements.
