Project Description

Hawkins-Weir provides the engineering and surveying services necessary to prepare requests for revisions and amendments to Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM). Our firm is experienced in preparing: Letter of Map Revisions (LOMR), Conditional Letter of Map Revisions (CLOMR), and Letter of Map Amendments (LOMA). The Dancor Transit Project involved surveying the existing Dancor Transit Property in Van Buren, and preparing a LOMA request to FEMA. The LOMA request was approved by FEMA for all existing buildings located above the existing base flood elevation.
