Project Description

This project was the first phase of a multi-phase single family residential development project in the City of Van Buren, Arkansas. This phase consisted of 21 lots; however, the infrastructure improvements were designed and constructed to facilitate not only the multi-phase residential development but also future development within the area. These infrastructure improvements include the extension of a collector street, the extension of a 12-inch water line, and the construction of a 300 gallon per minute sewage lift station with backup power supply.
