Project Description

This project consists of the development of the civil/site plans needed for the development of the new 5-acre Floyd Traylor Honda dealership in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The design aspects of the project involve the development of the grading and drainage plans, including stormwater pollution prevention plans and permitting; site utility plans, including bringing a fire protection water line to site; pavement design; and coordination with the other design disciplines. A fast-track design/development scheme was necessary for this project which required the civil/site plans and specifications to be completed while the architectural/building plans were still under design.
