Project Description

The Chad Colley Boulevard Project consists of the construction of an arterial street, from Massard Road to Rye Hill Road, and provides a much needed link between the Rye Hill/Riley Farm area to the Fort Chaffee Development area and east Fort Smith, Arkansas. The project consists of 1.5 miles of concrete pavement roadway and storm drainage improvements. The project also includes a street extension to Massard Road that provides access to the proposed Pradco manufacturing site that is part of the Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority (FCRA) Program. From start to finish, Hawkins-Weir Engineers provided services for the following project phases: preliminary engineering, final design, funding assistance, bidding, and resident engineering during construction.
