This significant sewer rehabilitation project provided repair for many of the most deteriorated portions of Pine Bluff Arkansas’ collection system. The project included nearly 2 miles of cured-in-place (CIPP) pipe, 2,000 feet of pipe bursting, and 21 manholes. This project serves as evidence of Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility’s continued commitment to preserving its existing infrastructure. To minimize project costs, Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility personnel provided the resident inspection for this project. Working together, the Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility and Hawkins-Weir Engineers provided revitalization to a large portion of the City’s collection system which should now provide the City with another 50 years of service.
