Project Description

This project was a residential subdivision development for the Fort Smith Housing Authority consisting of 79 lots for single-family and duplex housing. The $3.14 million project included demolition of the Ragon Homes Public Housing Project. The second of two subdivision phases is presently under construction.

Services included residential site development and design of streets, drainage, and public utilities. Drainage improvements included pipe and box culverts, as well as open channel structures.
