She also has experience in chemical treatment and collection system rehabilitation assessment. ContactMr. Henson provides electrical and instrumentation design and controls integration for HW. Prior to joining HW, he gained experience in engineering and design complying with the National Electric Code through the manufacturing environment with a chemical company and later with a consumer products company. He is also certified by Rockwell Automation in programming Allen Bradley PLCs and has completed training in NFPA 70E. He is a graduate Arkansas Tech University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer in Arkansas.

ContactMr. Nepomuceno assists in the design of water line and sewer improvement projects at HW. Prior to joining HW, he worked with the Water Research Lab at the University of Arkansas where he conducted research toward the development of passive sampling devices used to detect low concentrations of disinfection byproducts in river systems and treatment plant effluent. He earned a B.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is an Engineer Intern in the State of Arkansas.
ContactAt HW, Ms. Walters assists in hydrology and hydraulic design for drainage improvements, residential and commercial site design, and environmental permitting. Her background also includes collection of water and soil samples to track pollutants. She is a graduate of Kansas State University with dual B.S. degrees in both Biological and Environmental Engineering, and an Engineer Intern in Arkansas.
ContactAt HW, Mr. Wendtland assists with water rate structure analyses, as well as water and sewer improvement projects for local communities. His background includes conducting preliminary research toward the development of affordable metal-organic framework structures with the ability to detect and capture perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substance molecules from drinking water in low-income regions of the world. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Biological Engineering and an Engineer Intern in Arkansas.
ContactMr. McCollum coordinates surveying services for Hawkins-Weir Engineers. He has experience in topographic, Alta, FEMA, and boundary surveys. He prepares boundary/easement descriptions, and performs deed and easement research. He has an Associate’s Degree in Surveying from the University of Arkansas Community College in Morrilton and is a Professional Surveyor in the State of Arkansas.
ContactMs. Horne is responsible for managing and maintaining all accounting and human resource functions of the firm, as well as preparing and processing tax reports and filings and maintaining all corporate and professional licensure requirements of professional staff. Ms. Horne has 25 years of accounting and managerial experience, and she holds an Associate’s degree in mathematics from Carl Albert State College.
ContactMr. Henson has more than 20 years’ experience managing HW’s CAD Department. His responsibilities include coordination of drafting between engineers/designers and CAD technicians; coordination of external drafting between HW and subconsultants; implementation and maintenance of drafting standards; and general CAD software maintenance. He is a graduate of East Central Oklahoma University with a B.S. in Cartography and a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping and the University of Arkansas Fort Smith CAD Advisory Committee.
ContactMr. Boullie oversees construction field services for HW’s Little Rock Office. He holds a Class III Wastewater Treatment License and a Wastewater Collection I License. Prior to joining HW, Mr. Boullie had nearly 10 years of experience as a water/wastewater supervisor for a utility in central Arkansas where he gained first-hand experience in installing pipelines and operating wastewater equipment. His background also includes experience in the various trades associated with residential and commercial construction.
