BSCE or MSCE with experience in water/wastewater systems and treatment design. Knowledge and experience with computer based design programs and general computer skills are desirable. Engineer must be client friendly and willing to work directly with clients and public boards. It is designed that the candidate must be licensed in Arkansas or eligible for licensing by Comity. Engineering Interns preparing for licensing will be considered.
